About Frank Gentile Personal Real Estate Corporation

Frank earned his degree in Marketing in 1994 and launched his Real Estate career in 1996. Real estate has been part of his family legacy for more than 53 years. Today, Frank proudly continues that tradition of excellence.

He began in residential Real Estate, quickly becoming one of the top Realtors. Expanding his expertise, Frank transitioned into New Home Sales and Marketing, collaborating with some of the industry’s leading builders. He later broadened his focus to the Commercial sector, specializing in Land and Development Sales, large portfolio investments, as well as Industrial and Commercial leasing.

In 2000, Frank became a Broker with RE/MAX. Building on his leadership experience, he founded Citysites Realty in 2006. With a strong emphasis on marketing, Frank coached and mentored agents to invest in themselves and elevate their personal brands. Citysites Realty was highly focused on delivering exceptional management, administration, and marketing support to its agents.

Alongside his brokerage leadership, Frank has always maintained a passion for real estate development and construction. Early in his career, he purchased his first parcel of land, which launched his path into land development and home building. What began with two building lots evolved into larger-scale land development, speculation projects, residential construction, and condominium development.

In 2025, Frank merged his firm with industry leader RE/MAX Your Community Realty and became Managing Partner of its Woodbridge office. With a focus on innovative, outside-the-box marketing, hands-on training, mentorship, and agent attraction, the Woodbridge branch is positioned for continued growth and increased market share.

In January 2026, Frank was promoted to Commercial Manager for the entire RE/MAX Your Community Realty Corporation, overseeing a network of more than 1,350 Realtors
